How are abandoned checkouts detected?
We subscribe to Shopify's checkouts/create and checkouts/update webhooks. After your configured delay (default 4 hours) we create a Shopify draft order and trigger Shopify's own draftOrderInvoiceSend, so the email comes from your store on your domain.
How is recovered revenue attributed?
An order counts as recovered when it is completed from a draft order we created, or when it carries the Chatix-Recovered tag (Klaviyo / CTX WhatsApp).
How do I uninstall?
Remove the app from Shopify Admin → Apps. We revoke the access token immediately and delete all shop data within 48h via Shopify's shop/redact webhook.
